What I don't do

• Marketing planning. I've worked in several mar/com departments, but my expertise lies with communication, not marketing. It's a fine hair to split, but a marketer will be better at helping you sell—ad campaigns, product placements, etc. I'm here to help you identify and gather information then create content that accurately, efficiently, and effectively communicates with your users, clients, and customers. I'm happy to work with your marketing team, but it is not my area of expertise.

• Large-scale IT project management. While I have successfully managed large IT projects in the past, they aren't something I enjoy. I'll still help small businesses plan and implement small-scale projects, but I no longer work on large-scale full-time IT projects. However, I know several excellent IT PMs. Tell me about your project, and I’ll connect you if I know the right person.

• Complete ISO Audits. I'd be delighted to be on your audit team, but I work through JBW Group. They are far better equipped to manage all the details of an effective ISO audit. Send me a note and I'll put you in direct contact with JBW's program manager.
